ITI Solutions has various support contract options. Our existing SLA options will simplify your IT budget planning, ensure that your business processes are operationally running when they should, and that your critical IT infrastructure components are well looked after.

Managed outsourcing

ITI Solutions places an IT resource at your offices on a permanent basis. This solution offers constant and immediate IT support as required.

ITI Solutions deals with sick and normal leave requests, backup support and any other queries that might arise from typical office staff. To the business, this IT resource simply ensures that the IT infrastructure remains online.

Dedicated, on-site support consultant.

We will replace the IT support consultant during sick leave, annual leave etc.

Immediate attention to IT infrastructure incidents, problems and service requests.

Annual bonuses, leave and other HR related queries remain ITIS’ responsibility

Re-assign resource should you prefer to do so.

Whether business or home, we will visit any site for IT support or services that includes IT repairs, upgrades, new installations, or whatever the need is. Walk-in clients can also visit our parking-friendly offices where IT equipment can be booked in for repairs, upgrades etc. We’ll gladly assist with any remote support to avoid time loss due to travelling and to mitigate operational downtime within the IT infrastructure.
